We communicate through our eyes and convey our emotions through them. That's why eye make up (eye shadow) should enhance your eyes (as far as eye color and shape) and not be just excessive (that actually looks nasty and it definitely gets attention but not the kind you want!)..

If you apply this kind of shadow, DO NOT used heavy color on your lips. Natural color lips gloss or bit pinkish will be a good combination.
Blusher will be depends on your eye shadow color and how strong is the color. For this I strongly suggest if you have a fair skin tone use pink/orange. If your skin tone are medium or dark, you can try brown mix with orange.
